Mental Health Bible Study Podcast
This Mental Health Bible Study Podcast is hosted by Tyra E. Rowell, an empath and licensed psychotherapist who loves to talk about life, faith, and mental health despite her speech impediment, which she developed due to hearing loss from birth. She is an educator at heart with the gift of teaching and squeezes in time to create for the glory of God.
Let's talk about why she decided to create this Mental Health Bible Study Podcast. For three reasons. 1. To share knowledge that is not being taught in the church about integrating psychology and Christianity. 2. To share knowledge about the psyche of human beings. Psyche means soul. Your soul is the seat of your feelings, thoughts, and willpower to choose. 3. To share knowledge that will uplift God's people and show them how to embody the biblical scriptures to live a balanced life, rooted in truth, and living in freedom, healed and whole.

For the month of March, I decided to podcast a series for Women's History Month. I will be teaching about a few women in the Bible from a spiritual and psychological perspective. It is important that we understand all of us have a purpose on this earth.
Scripture Reference:
"So, the woman conceived and bore a son. And when she saw that he was a beautiful child, she hid him three months. But when she could no longer hide him, she took an ark of bulrushes for him, daubed it with asphalt and pitch, put the child in it, and laid it in the reeds by the river’s bank. And his sister stood afar off, to know what would be done to him." Exodus 2:2-4 NKJV
